Refund Policy

You can return any item purchased on otherstore.cn within 7 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and can show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

Please contact service@otherstore.cn to receive a pre-paid return label. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and return your parcel to a drop-off point.
Should you decide to make a return using your preferred courier please notify us on service@otherstore.cn providing your order’s number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
