This Polka Dot Dress with 3D Flowers Is the One Our Team Fought Over
This dress almost didn't happen. That 3D flower on the chest drove us crazy in sampling. Too big and suddenly it's a costume. Too flat and you lose the whole point. We went back and forth forever. Then one version came back and within a day the sample vanished from the rack. Someone on the team had already claimed it. That's how we knew we finally got it right.

The print is classic black dots on white, nothing tricky. But the fabric is the real story. It's a poly-nylon blend with this soft handfeel that drapes really nicely and somehow never creases. I sat through a long dinner in it last week and stood up looking exactly the same as when I arrived. No wrinkles, no clinging in the heat. That's all we ask from our summer dresses at this point.
And the cut is just smart. High waist hits at the right spot, pulls you in a little, then the skirt does this easy A-line thing that skims right past the hips. No grabbing, no bunching. You kind of forget you're wearing it. Something about where that seam hits makes your proportions look really nice—longer legs, smaller waist, the whole thing. We fitted it on three different body types in the studio and every single person came out of the room and just went "...oh." That was the reaction we wanted.

The flower sits right at the center front. Same fabric as the dress, so it's subtle. Doesn't scream for attention. That flower keeps the deep neckline from feeling too naked. Not in your face about it. Someone glances at you and maybe on the second look they go "oh that's cute." That's the vibe.
We did black and we did white. Both with black dots. Black one you can take anywhere. Heeled sandals for dinner, blazer for work, whatever. White is a little softer. More romantic. Beach dinner energy or a garden thing during the day. Gold jewelry against the white with black dots is just really pretty. Not subtle about that opinion. Gold jewelry against the black dots on white looks stupid pretty.

We've seen customers style this as a standalone piece and also layer it under cropped jackets. It moves between settings without complaint. Among our summer dresses, this one keeps getting pulled for photoshoots and restocks. The team calls it the "wear it twice a week" dress and honestly, guilty.
We've got a rack of summer dresses in the studio right now. Some are too plain, some are trying way too hard. This one minds its business and still gets noticed. Black goes quickest. White is the quiet favorite. Either way you'll probably wear it more than you planned.
