Refund policy

We offer a 30-day no-reason return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — no explanation needed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
